June 26^th until July 20^th we welcome Mercury Retrograde, but we also welcome Jupiter on June 26th, which is the planet of abundance, growth, happy endings, resolutions and win-win outcomes. Jupiter helps to solve problems and opens the big doors which have been so heavy to open. Look for new areas of your life to resolve and new growth to happen. With growth, however, sometimes you have to experience loss. Don’t mourn, look towards the sun instead and let the shadows stay behind you.

This month is going to be filled with lots of opportunities for every zodiac sign. It is important this month that you spend time with friends and loved ones and spend time coloring outside the lines. July might be like a roller coaster ride. We might have to fix our hair by the end of the month, but smiles will be on most of our faces when we exit the month. As long as you keep your eyes open, focus on the end result and enjoy the thrill of the ride and not allow the fear to creep in – you will be just fine.

ABOUT MERCURY RETROGRADE

You will often see Astrologers and even Psychics cringe and then sigh when Mercury Retrograde is mentioned, and those around raise an eyebrow and ask what the inside scoop is.

Mercury Retrograde occurs three times a year, and lasts for several weeks during each time period. It is said that Mercury Retrograde goes backwards, or takes a vacation. Mercury is ruled by communication, so anything with communication, contracts and legal obligations can and often does go haywire.

The easiest way to deal with Mercury Retrograde is to think of it as a ‘re’ time. Meaning, it is time to renovate, renew, revise, return, revisit, refinance, renegotiate, review, etc. When buying things during this time, they often work for a short period and then break. When getting a job at this time, it is often short term (it doesn’t mean you get fired, it can also mean you get promoted!). When purchasing a house or a big ticket item, be prepared for issues. To put it in a nutshell, it isn’t a great time to make big changes, huge commitments, or have ‘the talk’ with a romantic partner. Instead is a time to look in the past (review) at what you need to let go of, it can be material or emotional, and correct it for a better future. Sort of like set up for the party, but don’t invite anybody yet. It isn’t a grand time to start anything new, unless it is something you can say you are renewing.

Aries - March 21 – April 19

Life this month will not be dull for you, Aries. And if you are looking for love, you will be in all the right places to find it. You might even find yourself overwhelmed, and a little embarrassed, with all of the attention that you receive. Although we are in Mercury Retrograde, this is a fabulous time for you to not just dip your toes into the love pool, but dive right in.

Work will be tense, if not downright stressful, for you this month, Aries. Keep your cool under the pressure, and the warm temperatures. This is also not the right time for you to look for a new job, or to apply for a promotion. Stay put until August, Aries or later you may just regret it.

This month is all about the home, love and friend relationships. Work will still be there next month, so instead refocus your attention on your private life.

Taurus - April 20 – May 20

This month is a fantastic relationship month for you, Taurus, but be careful – communication will not be your friend in July. You love logic and those who are as analytical as you are. Sensitivities and emotions could cloud even those who seem to be the most logical. Don’t fret, they will return to their normal native selves by the end of the month. This is just challenging you to roll with the punches and to watch your judgment. Not everything will appear on the surface, much like you like it to.

Gemini’s seem to do quite well with Mercury Retrograde unlike most other zodiac signs. What has been going wrong, is made right during these three weeks, specifically on your financial and professional front. The last few years have felt rough for you, Gem, but things are about to turn around. There is a good chance you will hear of a financial opportunity, new position or a promotion by the end of the month.

Your romantic life has also been a lot like a roller coaster, with more turns and twists than most can stand. Things even out in that sector too, Gemini. So if you are single, this is a good time to put yourself out there. Stop hiding and just believe in who you are. It will pay off. Those in a relationship will find that the intimacy improves.

Just a word of caution for this month, though – Mercury Retrograde for you makes you feel like a super hero, which can cause some impulsiveness. So, be careful not to do anything careless. You definitely don’t want to spend the rest of the summer with your leg (or arm) in a cast.

This is YOUR month, Cancer. And not just because it is birthday month, but because Jupiter enters your sign and anything you can wish for, affirm that you want and believe that you are worth of receiving can and will happen. My only caution is to keep your wishes realistic.

Jupiter provides you balance, boldness and a greater vision and this helps you in every aspect of your life.

Work projects are likely to move ahead in a positive way, and even sooner than you’re expecting. You should be very, very proud of your heard work. You may also hear of a pay raise by end of month.

If you are single, you are about to be “swept off your feet.” If you are in a relationship, that relationship will had to a new level of commitment that will bring future happiness.

This month could be huge, Leo, if you let some of your fears go. The mental stress that you have been enduring has clouded your thinking and forethought. In all aspects of your life, it seems that that you have buried your emotions and the bitterness and fear have replaced your real, true self.

This month is about facing your situations head on. The one thing, however, is that you have matured through your current situation. You may have had to let go of relationships and friendships that have proven to be burdensome and this month there may be some more goodbyes. But with each goodbye, you will find more hellos.

There may be some delays this month, specifically with regards to schooling or business. A promotion promised may be put off, or funding for school may not show up in your account.  It will be resolved, just be careful to keep your temper in check.

Things are looking up for the month of July, Virgo, and you will be the star of the show. The Belle of the Ball, really, as others will respond positively to you.

And if you are single, this month looks fabulous for finding Mr. or Mrs. Right. How?
